Take Me to the Ball Game
Michele hooked me up with some awesome seats - first row, right field. Never been this close at the AT&T Park.

This blog was originally created to post pictures of my adventures. Lack of importing pictures, suddenly made this blog become an inspirational source with pretty pictures of homes, music videos, design and artwork.
Back on track, personal pictures.April 5, 2009 - enjoying some hooka at Nile Cafe with good friends. Blurry pictures are due to the poor lighting and shaky hands. Repetitive yes, but I like the look of stop-motion.Comments [0]
Yay! One of my favorite bands, Margot and the Nuclear So & So's are playing tomorrow night at the Great American Music Hall. I've seen them twice before and they always put on a great show. Every time I hear their music, I get so excited. Who knew an EIGHT member band would sound so smooth? Their songs never get old. Love.

This was taken back in late December on an extremely foggy SF day. It was so cold, yet so beautiful...
I <3 SF.

Needless to say, last night's concert at Bottom of the Hill was AMAZING.
I've heard The Action Design on the radio before but have never seen them live. Love.
And of course, Von Iva, they always put on a good show. Badass.
The headliners, Girl in a Coma, eh, not so into them.
If you ever get a chance to see these bands, I highly recommend it! :D

Wowza. Saturday was a day full of events. It was absolutely gorgeous in SF and a perfect day to hang out with my friends and relax...or get our drinking on. :P
The day started off with an excellent meal in Emeryville at Wally's. My friend, Mike, drove my boyfriend and I back to the city to watch the Red Bull Soapbox Race in Dolores Park [ I finally went to one! :D ]. We got there around 1:15 and there were soooo many people. I don't think I've seen that many people in one place in a long time! I was in complete awe of how many people there were. A ton of hipsters, of course, since it's the Mission. ;)
It was a bit of a drag that we had to watch the race on screen and couldn't see the soapboxes that close, but it was still fun hanging out, enjoying the sun and swigging a small bottleof very strong and harsh Jim Beam. :X
Afterwards, we met up with some other friends and went to Golden Gate Park to hang out some more, but it was way too chilly to stay long.
Mike was determined to play beer pong since he bought a table, so we went to my friend, Kate's place around 5 and...that became a very long night...

I've ALWAYS wanted to go see any of the Red Bull events, but for some reason, I always end up missing them. :(
The soapbox races are happening THIS Saturday at Dolores Park!! Pits are open at 11am and the first race is 1pm. The best part? It's free! :)

Lush Lounge on Polk x Post is my go-to spot almost every single weekend. My all time favorite is the mango martini with extra blueberries. Don't be deceived by its sweet taste, they're quite strong and another bonus, they're affordable. Only $6 for a tall 16 oz. :)
My friends and I went there after LoveFest and had a great time. It's always a good time at Lush. Casual, low key....my favorite. :)
