Spore After Launch Party
My BF, Jason, worked on an AMAZING game called Spore and there was a launch party on Friday in Emeryville. My friend, Kate and I threw him a surprise 'Spore After Launch' party since we weren't invited to the official one. Well, we were, but he was too tired to stay. :P Either way, we wanted to celebrate his big success of completing the game. :)
We decorated Kate's condo with Spore ads and for some random reason, stuck them on our backs. Were we drunk? hhaha. No..just weird. :P We placed the ads all over the place, in the fridge, on the front door, on the toilet...it was funny watching his reaction when he found them. heheh.
My ALL time favorite is the 'You're Weird' one..which we stuck on the front door. It's adorable!
The party was fun, a lot of food and drinks, but Jason was way too tired to enjoy it. :(
Kate also had a new lighting fixture that is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The picture doesn't justify how beautiful it is. The crystals hanging from it are customizable too. You can move them up or down to adjust how they hang. I love it!
